Dry skin

Hi everyone, I have a 2 year old hermanns tortoise and I've had her since Christmas? I have noticed that her skin is dry and is peeling, apparently this is normal so I am not too concerned. However the skin a bouvier her eyes is irritating her where it is peeling. Is there anything I can do to help her?

Soaking and increase the humidity a bit in her enclosure. Baby and juveniles will shed skin when they are growing. Just so happens the air is very dry in winter months. So get her soaked and some more ambient moisture and should shed off just fine.
