If I were to dry flower pedals ( Geranium, Calendula, Marigold) with small amounts of pasteurized egg whites and organic sugar could this cause more than enough problems with my little Zohan (eastern Herman's tortoise)

I think drying the petals would be harmless (although the torts seems to like em fresh better, here anyway) however I would not mix any of that stuff you mentioned with the drying flowers.....
Why are you wanting to add that stuff? I just spread out and dry the flowers I am planning on feeding to my tortoises.
Ditto on the dry flowers, but not on the other stuff
