Earth worms

I’ve got two questions…

#1: Are earth worms good for three toed box turtles?

#2: If so, I have a bunch outside at my house, and I was wondering if I could give her them, or if it’s a danger of parasite or something.

Yes they can eat them. That's one of the items they eat in the wild. I wouldn't feed them if your yard has been treated with any pesticides or weed killers.
Otherwise they are fine.
