East Valley, AZ - Russian Parents

I'm looking for advice. When we bought our home 4 years ago it had a tenant living in the backyard. He's now a 26 year old Russian tortoise. He has always had free reign of the backyard with no restrictions or enclosures besides a block fence. We'll be moving in the next 3-4 months and I think it would be best to rehome him. I love this little guy and want him to be with an experienced owner. I don't want him to experience the stress of bouncing from home to home until he gets the right fit. Would any TF members be interested? Or be able to steer me in the right direction for a new home for him? We're moving to an elevation of 7500 ft so can't take him with us. Many thanks.
