Eastern Box Turtle white spots appeared?

Eastern Box Turtle, around 15 years old, white spots appear on the underside of the neck? Is this something to be worried about? Normally kept in an indoor enclosure. Seems to have lost a bit of appetite for veges, although she was never the biggest fan.

They develop coloration and pattern as they develop/mature, spots included.

Looks normal to me.
