Egyptian tortoise

I read a post about Egyptian tortoises.
Being a small breed I kinda liked that.
I looked at the price and thought maybe not. But then I was thinking the money I have spent on Opo and in the future will way surpass that kind of money.
Are they only indoor torts? What size enclosure would be needed?

From what I know they should be housed indoors but maybe some of the experts will chime in.

Thanks I read the care thread I think. It had some info but not detailed. But with the website change. I might not been in the right section.
I lived in Ortonville and then Ludington. Did alot of walleye fishing in Saginaw Bay
