These are some pictures of my older Sulcata Elvis' enclosure. It is always a work in progress because he continues to grow and needs expansion.
We have had to work on a very tight budget since moving to this property on 1/3 acre. Many personal setbacks and physical challenges have dampered some of our original plans but we have managed to make a happy home for him.
His heated house is an igloo doghouse we were given for free. We added a front entry way made with cinder block sides, wood floor and top. The entire house/entryway are covered with water proof tarps.
The round whole is where we put his soaking pool. We use a blue kiddie pool with a whole cut in the center for the drainage tube. We have it out to add new sand and small rock for better drainage.
Elvis is allowed out of his enclosure to roam more freely when supervised.
