Enclosure size?

I am about to take in a 30 lb , four year old sulcata , that is a little over a foot long
How big of an outdoor enclosure does he need?
Just average size of what everyone on here keeps them in
I tore up all the fence today and tomorrow I am going to set it up and brace the bottom so I need to know about how large

My advice would be go as large as possible. That tortoise is going to start growing faster now and its best to be prepared for when they get to be full grown that way you avoid changing the habitat again.
