Error uploading photos

Hi,
I'm trying to upload some photos on TortoiseForum.org Photo Galleries. But it keeps giving me error message: "Impossible to move" It's a Jpeg file and 3.3MB which...should be ok...anyone having the same problem?

I gave up trying to put pictures in the photo galleries, after hours of trying I just can't figure it out..

I've decided to use google's picasa instead

I had one heck of a time when I first started. The only way I can post is using TinyPic.com and it is alot of work, double typing everything into the post. PIA! However, it does work!
