So our guy Mo is almost 5lbs now.
At night, when we go To clear out his leftover food, we will occasionally find that he has fallen asleep in his water dish. He never seems in peril of drowning (is very shallow and he’s usually only partially in the dish). The temp of the water bowl is usually around 90/94 degrees. There is a small Che above the water dish, there are also two more in different parts of the enclosure. The “cool” area is approx 86 degrees, the warmest area (at night/lights out) is 98

Is this a problem? Should we be concerned about him sleeping in the shallow water dish?

Sounds like he's trying to be in the warmer area under the CHE and the water dish happen to be there.
