This is what I feed mine every day. I make a mixture of soaked mazuri, chopped fruit (anything I have..strawberries, blueberries, melons...especially cantaloupe...they love it) some chopped dandelion or escarole (never iceberg lettuce) or some chopped spring mix, chopped veggies...squash, corn, carrots etc. I make a whole bunch of this mix and make balls...like meat balls....small ones and freeze them. Then I just take one out and defrost it and put a worm or two or a wax worm or a few meal worms or a butter worm (their favorite) on the bottom of the mix for them to find when they finish it. Or you could make a small fresh mix every day.
Your three toed is beautiful. :D

Ripplee is a three-toed box turtle and probably a male. They eat a variety of fruits and veggies, but mainly different kinds of worms and bugs. I like to chop up some fruit and veggies into thumbnail-sized pieces, then add either some meal worms, or night crawlers, grasshoppers, etc on the top of the pile of food. That way, if you have one that won't eat fruit and veg he'll get a taste of it when he goes after the worm and eventually will start eating it. But don't be concerned if he won't eat his fruit and veg. Not many of them do at first.

I think you can get your answer from emysemys but still I want to add something into it. You can use pumpkin and the supplement for it because both the things are very good for it and I admire that because it can feel healthy life by that.

Got some Mazuri tortoise chow from Spikethebeast the other day, and my daughter's Ornate box turtles love it, so now that's part of the Tuesday and Friday feedings from now on. Yours may well love it, as well.

My Hermann's and Iberian aren't quite as enthusiastic yet about Mazuri tortoise chow, but they may well take to it in their own good time.
