Limping issue

Hi everyone. It's been a long time.. too long between forum friends, I'm sorry I dropped off the edge of the world.

RV is gimping; the problem is her L Rear foot has nails much longer than the R side, and I think it's causing her pain when she walks on hard surfaces (she sleeps on the concrete pad by the back door). It is a very noticeable drop on that side, and no extension when she walks. What is the best way to trim her nails?

Here she's in her "pool" .. with the extreme heat we're having I think it's her only relief.
