Fell and worried

I was letting Oliver walk around my house today an he happened to fall down onto my tile and land on the back of his shell. I saw him fall and i ran to him to try and catch him but i i didnt So he did fall on his back and i placed him right side up. He doesn't appear to have damage to his shell he was a but timid and i gave him a soak. Hes eating ok he walked around after a while and appears to be actin normal. Should i b concerned? Anything i should look out for?

They can show bruising through the shell. Watch for discoloration. Keep hydrated.

Uh, was he scaling the ceiling or walls and then fell? If yes, please don't let the tort scale walls or ceilings in the future and this surely won't happen again
