Oh believe me...you CAN wait. Every evening I take some sort of treat to Bob's shed and I sit on the floor and hand feed him just as a social thing. A couple of days ago I went out there but I wasn't feeling very well, I felt kinda woozy and so I sat on his sleeping box instead of the floor. He'd left me a present so I had my hand shovel and was picking up what I could reach and he got impatient for his treat and started biting my hand and leg and arm!!! Jeeze he can bite hard! I know he was not biting out of meanness, he was just trying to find his treat with his mouth!!! So I guess I need to stop feeding him by hand. That's too bad because it's something I enjoyed probably more than he did!!!
Big obnoxious lug!
I am always kind of wary when feeding my girls. They get VERY impatient with the whole dumping the food out of the bowl process, but so far neither has tried to bite me. I am by no means scared of them, heck, I ride 1200lb bombshells, but I recognize that they have the ability to inflict injury if they feel like it, or even accidentally. All animals do.
Baby Sulcatas are just plain TOO adorable. If they weren't so darn cute, maybe they wouldn't be such an impulse buy!
I love your babies, though, Millerlite. Babies are the reason that I want a pair of Russians. I personally would not breed Sulcatas in a million years, but those hatchlings are awesome to look at!
