Just don't tell the post office what you're mailing when they ask all of those questions. They won't allow you to mail it if you do. Just tell them it's none of the above and just mail it.

The vet's office called today for the follow-up! I'm impressed. I told them everything is fine but wondered if I could mail in a fecal sample. The person went to go find out and told me that it's best to bring it in because it has to be brought in on the same day or it had to be refrigerated. I was in a middle of a meeting when I discussed this in front of my colleagues and they were grossed out. It's so funny that we don't think it's so bad when it's our baby's little turd.
