Hi,
Would anyone who lives in England be able to advise me or where I can buy an incandescent flood bulb?

Arcadia makes them and they are sold in most pet shops or online. Just don't let the pet shop talk you into using other things. They seldom have any understanding of what they are talking about, though they speak like they are experts.

Would you put a flood bulb in a ceramic reflector? And what wattage is best to get?
This is mine, I use 75 watts but that varies on the set up

Always use ceramic based fixtures for all things reptile, and an aluminum reflector hood is good for most application to direct the heat and light where you want it.

75 watts is a good starting point, but only your thermometer can answer this question. Be prepared to raise or lower the fixture to get the correct temp.
