Hey, I've had Baxter since April 2012. He has grown, but not that much. What kinds of food supplements should I give him and where can I find them? How often should I add them to his food?

What kind of tortoise is Baxter and how big is he? How old was he approximately when you got him? What's his diet and is he getting UVB and any natural sunlight?

Correction: Baxter, an Eastern Hermann's, has been with me since July 2012 and was between 0-2 weeks old when I got him.
Spring mix salad makes up his entire diet. He doesn't get any natural sunlight since my location doesn't allow me to take him outside but he does have a mercury vapor lamp and a night incandescent light.
Also there is something wrong with his right eye, it is not as open as his left. He also has not been as active as he was a few days ago.
