Garlic Sprouts Safe?

I have both a Russian & a Eastern Hermanns babies and was wondering if anyone knew if Garlic Sprouts were safe or not? Mainly because I have one that's sprouted and didn't want it to go to waste.
I've attached a pic of it too.

Hello I'm pretty adventurous when it comes to tortoise food and garden greens, BUT I would stay away from things like garlic sprouts/greens as well as onions greens. In most cases these kinds of greens seem to do more harm to pets than good. I'd avoid it.

This response sounds familiar. Yup, I was shown that Garlic is on the Reptile No-No list.
