gender and age plz

so idk squirts age or gender. people say u can tell by the tail. here are tail pics. plz help. and also i posted a pic of squirt in my hand. im only 12 so my hands a little small but still.

Looks like a male tail to me. Also, this is a wild caught, close to adult tortoise.

There's no way to tell. He may be in the 10 to 15 year range. He has a bit more growing to do, but he's almost full size.
