As Zovick said, these are juveniles. Too young and small to sex. Some males will "flash" you once they reach 10-14 inches, but many don't. You won't see the secondary sexual characteristics that allow them to be visually sexed until they are around 16 inches. Sometimes longer in faster growers.

They should never be housed in pairs.

Thank you for the advise guys.
The darker color is 1.5 yrs, the light one is 4 yrs old.
I only keep both for a month because the owner went vacation.

is there any sign for me to watch if they can't put in the same enclosure?
No. Living as a pair causes chronic stress and it is bad for them even when their is not obvious biting or fighting. Tortoises should not be housed in pairs. It is simply not good for either of them.
