I add temp to 90+. Basking spot still 100. Humid to 80+%. Change him to small enclosure keep everywhere same temp and humid.

Today I took him outside. He so active and eat a lot.

The temp is so high when I saw the Thermometer. It's 110+.

Okay....so if the entire enclosure is at 110 then you will need to either raise the heating element or get an element that is appropriate for the smaller enclosure size....your overall temp should not be that constant high...

It is good that he is getting active, but his enclosure should be more managed on the temp..:)
