hey everyone, we went too the vet.he also says its pneumonia so we started baytril injections,cecil,as he now s named did eat a little last night. I wanna thank everyone for your input especially neal for posting the tortoise trust link i saw something in that article that left no question what the problem was,if not for that i might have tried too ride it out a little longer so neal, thank you!! take care all john

Always a wonderful relief to know somebody's animal is getting better. I hope the improvement continues and soon is eating and acting normal once more.

today is day six,injection five #six later today.very active today,walked around ate a little,soaked in pedialite,had his drink and then went back too his hide,the neck stretching and gasping has almost stopped,he generally just looks better,poops are odd looking im thinking that has something too do with the baytril,but im not sure,ill try too research that today. take care john
