My greek like to climb up his log that he hides in. He gets up just fine i don't knew why he goes up there. His light is in the other side of his tank. But when he comes down i find him flipped over sometimes. How can i help this problem because thats his only hiding spot in his terrarium.

Mound your dirt up and over the hide log.
He can still go under and into the log but he can easily walk over it too.

I don't like the logs pet stores sell. I think they are unsafe . Tortoises are always flipping over it seems as you mentioned.

I have that same log, and I believe mold is growing on it. White is appearing on it. Do you have any signs of that? Im confused on why
