Green skin

I have a Russian tortoise that I have had for a month...everything was going great! Today I noticed his skin was very green! More than it has been! I soaked him as tonight. I have busy this week so it was the first one this week...he farted some yellow mucus...the tip of his tail was also white..it faded after his soak though so I think it may have been from his pee...any tips?

Do you have pictures of his enclosure? And what are your temperatures?

I just have a regular I think 50 or 100 watt heat bulb

Are your lights taped to the wall? I'd be very careful with that, because if one fell it could hurt the tortoise, or possibly burn the house down. As far as your enclosure, he has nowhere to burrow. I don't know if I'd worry to much about the white on it's tail it's probably just it's urates. I'd keep soaking him once a day and see how he's doing.
