I used a 6 mil plastic on mine. Worked great.

In a pinch, you could probably use a plastic shower curtain. It could be stapled or nailed to the wooden frame.

Looks good! I really hope your parents would let you have a bigger enclosure.
unfortunately I'm not moving away for college. I still live with them for the next two years. I pay for all my tortoise items myself, and unfortunately my job doesn't pay consistently. I think the most I could do is try to expand off of this current enclosure (which by the way, is just wood and nails) and make a smaller second table which can roll with wheels and connect to the bigger table. (like an L?) I don't want to cut up this current table, so I was also thinking of making a ramp to go up and over the wall, then down and into another smaller table. it doesn't seem very space efficient though.... the ramp would take up space on both tables.

Basically, I want something minimally invasive, moveable, and relatively cheap. (and easy to make. My parents don't help me with these sorts of things.) sorry, I am just shooting ideas right now. I don't think I have the time to expand the enclosure because I am about to enter college in a few weeks. But I am definitely looking into it.
