Finally after 5 months waiting the very very first hatchling of Malacochersus here.
The egg was laid 28/08/2012 and hatched today at 34 degrees Celsius.

Thank you all for this enthousiasm!
The parents are here since they were 4 months old so this hatchling means a lot to me.

The orange substrate is some sort of clay rock used for plants.
Can absorb a lot of water with and reusable not that I am planning to do that but the structure stays the same wenn it dries out.
It is called seramis and more and more reptile breeders in Europe are using it because of that.
