Hi, from The Philippines here. The vivarium is almost done, I'll just gonna add some plants beside the humid hide. Also everything is in control from light to humidifier (the other one is for warmer because it's a bit cold here in manila in dec to feb). My question is does the basking light too near??

The ideal distance between the light and the tortoise is 10-12 inches, which is about 25cm. From my eyes to the picture, I think it should be a teeeeeeny bit farther away, but you can measure yourself and see!

I set it 35c° highest and 33 lowest°. So it is turned on within that temp... should I change it?

I think temps are good, so you can keep it at that distance!
