Wow guys I'm so disappointed. I couldn't get in touch with the breeder of the tortoises after my vet visit today so I got in touch with the person who gave me my boys... It's been confirmed by the vet that my baby isn't sick because of ingesting sand, infact he has no blockages and all tests came back negative, vet said he may die in two weeks due to Hatchling Failure Syndrome and this is what the coward has to say... Placing the blame on someone else.

Unfortunately, this is pretty typical. "The baby was fine while I had it..." They don't realize they are killing the kidneys with dehydration, and it takes weeks or months for the baby to die from this initial damage.
