Exactly what the caresheets indicate. I combined all of the caresheets food lists, added a few items and use that as the "list". For the most part, they all have essentially the same food items. The ratios of greens, fruit and protein are where they typically differ. I use min and max as guidelines and try to provide as varied a diet as possible. I also don't necessarily exclude food items (e.g. spinach, tomato, etc.) but instead limit them to lesser fractions of the whole diet.
