Is it normal for a Sulcata hatchling to produce urates daily during his soaks?

Sure! If it's being soaked daily, it's intaking enough water to be producing some sort of urine daily as well. :)

The more hydrated your tort becomes the less of the urates he will have to pass....hydration is important..:D

Beautiful. Also, while doing daily soaks it is a great opportunity to really keep an eye on their overall appearance and behavior...so not only is soaking awesome for hydration but it is also a good time for visual checks to make sure all aok and also an effective tool in the event your tort begins to have any issues....:D

I'd say at least a week, yesterday it came shooting out fast and was about 1/4 long.... Before this past week, I'd say every 2-3 days.... Does this indicate something may be wrong? I've had him for about 7 weeks and everyone seems to agree that he was about a week old when I got him, based on the fact that he still had his egg tooth until about 2 weeks after i got him... I don't know any history on him because someone found him in their back yard (the whole story is in my introduction)... How often do they usually pass urates and what's the normal amount?

As long as its creamy I would not be worried, but I cant tell you how often they pass there urates due to the volume of hatchlings I soak at the same time. It really isnt all that much when they do pass there urate though.
