My youngsters are now 3 months old and weigh over 3 ounces. Is this a good rate of growth? They eat a variety of weeds as well as hibiscus and grape leaves and other garden delights. They're not very friendly though and will stop eating when I go and look at them ! The feisty one will actually take a step back then charge at my hand when I put it near. ! Shell length is about three and a quarter inches. Do their shells look OK?
