Hay drying out

I have a large bail of Bermuda grass hay for my sulcata and it's gone dry. At first it was nice and green but most of it is drying out now, is it still ok to feed? I've seen him chomping at it.

It should be fine to let him eat the dried hay. When I lived up in CT, my sulcatas used to eat totally dry hay in the winter.
