Health check

Just curious if Turt seems ok to you all. He's been real lazy lately, not coming out of bed to eat once in awhile. Sleeps a lot. He's about 8 or 9 months. I'm up in Washington state if that has anything to do with the lots of sleeping. Wondering if his behavior is normal. Not very active most of the time, but seems alright when he is out. Night time temp is around 70. Basking is ~95. This is his first time having dandelion

What is the over all day temp?
Diet?
Babies do sleep a lot but will sleep/hide away when things aren't right to.

sorry, i had a video that was supposed to go along with the post, but it didn't post. he's a hermann's. he gets spring mix, along with tortoise pellets and dehydrated tortoise veggie mix every few days. he's in a 40 gallon, but spends most of his time on the warm side. let me take a pic real quick, and a reading of the middle of his enclosure. i have a tortoise table, but feel like it would be too big for him right now.
