Although I have made a few posts, I haven't introduced myself. My name is Adam and I live in San Antonio with my wife and two young boys. I am a stay at home dad having retired from the USAF 2 years ago. My wife is on the last few years of her USAF career.
We purchased a little leopard tortoise a couple weeks ago and are hoping everything will go well. I had a sulcata a number of years ago, but had to part with him. I first acquired an interest in tortoises a number of years ago while in the Seychelles. The hotel I was staying at had a number of Aldabra tortoises in a pen. I enjoyed feeding them by hand every day I stayed there. They saw us and came running.
