Hi my name is Rain. I currently have one turtle, my 7 yr old died last week leaving me with just my 3 yr old named Squirt. My kids found them when they were about the size of quarters. Dash, the one that passed was a painted, and Squirt is a map. I have been interested in tortoises for a few yrs, but the only small one I seen had been at a local pet store. It was tiny and colorful, I fell in love, but it was sold. I would prefer not to buy one from a chain pet store. I am a pet lover. If lived further out of town I would have a zoo. I would love a hedgehog too, but I don't think my dogs would like it too much
