Yep, it's a boy
It's fine when they flash you. If however, he ever can't get it back in, be sure to keep it moist and do not let it dry out. Make a paste out of sugar and water and place it on his penis, this should help take swelling down and hopefully he can withdraw it.
This is only if he ever can't get it back in.
Keep him hydrated, lots of room and proper diet and you shouldn't have a problem
