Help identifying tortoise

image.jpeg This is my tort have had him for 4 years and he's still so small he lives in a 24" by 18" wooden cage with a uva and b lights water dish hide and repti bark he gets soaked once a week and taken outside weekly if it's warm enough he is fed a mix of dark greens and the occasional cherry with a vitamin powder but I don't know what species he is any ideas?

Tortoises all grow at different rates depending on conditions. Hermann's isn't one of the bigger species

No, there's something wrong with your husbandry. Give the care sheet referred to above a very good read and make the necessary adjustments to your care and set up.

Wow that's tiny, my 9 month olds are that size.

It look s healthy, but how big of enclosure do you have?
