Help Identifying Tortoise

Hi I have a tortoise and i do not not what kind of tortoise it is, in the shop it was only labelled as a sput thigh but there are more than one spur thigh tortoise, and i want to know so i can look up diets and etc

Hi,
You have a very nice tortoise. It isn't though all Spur-thigh. I've seen quite a few of these in the UK in the last few years. They all seem to come from the Isle of Wight. It is a hybrid between a Marginated and a Marginated/Spur-thigh hybrid, so it's 3/4 Marginated and 1/4 Spur-thigh. Someone on another forum (in the UK) has one and they got parent pictures from the breeder. One was a Marginated and the other parent was a Marginated/Spur-thigh hybrid.
This shouldn't harm your tortoise in the least, just that you shouldn't be breeding from it when it becomes adult.

Robot_Rooster, welcome to the forum. The care, diet, etc. between the spur thight ie; Greek and the marginated are much the same. So either would work.
