help..... indoor habitat

hi
i have 6yr old male horsefield tort
he has a outdoor enclosure for during the day (when the weather is fine)
and a indoor for ona night and when the weather is bad he has a hide and hay on the floor in his indoor enclosure i dont know what else to put down it is not very intresting for him when he is not sleeping (which he does a lot of)
please help
