Help!? Is my tortoise ok?

My 1 year old tortoise has been coming out of her dark hiding area less and less and today she hasn't come out at all or eaten anything. Normally she is active but she's asleep and normally she's eating all her food but it's not been touched! Also, since she's started acting like this, she's been doing these little white ball things.

Little white ball things? Can we see a picture? It's very hard for us to know how to help you unless we can see what you're talking about. Is your habitat warm? You need to test the temperature. Cool tortoises just stay hidden.
