Help please tortoise not eating

I've had a redfooted tortoise for a couple of months now and it has really just stopped eating. He has had Diarrhea for a couple days now and sometimes it is a bit green. I feed him fresh vegetables once a day, and switch his vegetable every week. I feed him things like kale, collard greens, and escarole among other things. Please help I'm really nervous about this.

Do you offer any source of protein? How do you have the tort set up (enclosure/yard, lighting, heating, room for hiding and exercise, etc.).

For protein I offer him turkey every couple of weeks. The tank has a daytime heating lamp on one side which I switch to a nighttime infrared heating lamp at night. The hide is at the center of the tank and his food and water is at the other side.

Was he ever checked for parasites?

No could that be a cause and if so how bad would it be?

Parasites are not usually bad, but when they have a bloom of them or are sick or stressed then it is a concern.

What temps are you getting in the enclosure? turkey? you mean the kind people eat? the salty hormone filled turkey?
