HELP!

My pool collapsed and flooded the backyard. Unfortunately, the yard slopes slightly towards Ralph's enclosure. Part of his enclosure is flooded with about 6 inches of water. The water drains very S.L.O.W.L.Y. Will the pool water harm him with all the chemicals in it? He is about 13/14 yrs old, about 70 lbs. I do not have another safe place for him in the backyard to move him. I can move around his enclosure but that will take all day, and by the time I am finished, the water will have drained.

I doubt yo need to worry. Human kids spend hours on end in that chemical ridden water and they do just fine.

Can you test the water for chlorine content? That would be the only thing I'd worry about in pool water. If its relatively low right now, he should be fine.
