I'm sorry your still having problems with your tort.
A lack of appetite can be caused by a number of things, low temps, dehydration, and constipation are common reasons along with the dreaded hatchling failure syndrome.
Answering these questions will help us figure out what is wrong. (You've probably answered them on previous posts but we need a refresher)
1. Do you know how old and how much your tort weighs?
2. What is the temp and humidity in the enclosure?
3. How often is your tort soaked and does he have access to water at all times?
4. Do you know when the last bowel movement was? Have you seen any urates?
5. What types of lighting and heat are being used?
6. What is being used as a substrate?
7. A picture is worth a thousand words. If you can provide a couple pictures of your tort and his enclosure it could be helpful.

We wish to help you and your tort.
