Help with sulcata tortoise

I am trying to figure out if this is normal or I if need to take to the vet. I know this is where they absorb the rest the yoke sack, but out of everything I’ve looked up this does not look normal.

That is a very young baby. Clean off the substrate and dab on a bit of Neosporin. It will absorb and go away in a week or so. Until it's completely closed I would keep this baby on moist paper towel.
