We're going to need a lot more information.
A tortoise wont eat if it's too cold. Too hot. Too stressed or if its sick.
Can you tell us about your enclosure. The substrate. The light types. The heating type. And your temperatures are humidity levels.
Also, what are you feeding?
Maybe also a photo of the tortoise.

pictures, pictures, pictures.
Can we see enclosure set up, the tortoise, living conditions, where his environment is?
New tortoises can be prone to stress of change. So do not be surprised if this is that. How long has it been since you recieved your tortoise?

I have had her for a month and a half. I had her at my moms place to hid her from my son till Xmas. It is colder in my moms but I had her keep the heat light on constantly and the ubv on for 12 hours. Since Xmas we have had her here we keep the house at 70 degrees she has her heat light and UBV. I since have put a thermometer to see if that was the problem it was sitting at almost 80 so I added some insulation in the form of card board and since it sits at about 90.

right now she is in a 20 gallon glass tank with cardboard around to help keep it warmer. The substrate is a mixture of coconut wood chips soil and I believe pine shavings. I feed her mixed greens, dried flowers, we have tried fresh dandelion and rose petals.

I plan to build her a tortoise table just couldn’t with the cost of Xmas. My mother has a larger fish tank I am thinking of moving her into that way she has more space with different temperatures. I’ll post a pic ASAP. Thanks everyone. I just did everything the pet store told me to so please understand I’m doing my best with what I know.

Welcome! He/she is very cute!
We have a Russian we took in when the school no longer had room. My husband built a table enclosure for him and we’re in a routine now that’s working.
I soak him twice a week in slightly warmer than room temp water that covers his bottom half for about 20 minutes. I think this provides much needed hydration and an opportunity to just get a good look at his overall condition. I feed him all of the variety of greens you mentioned plus some Mazuri feed for an overall balanced diet.
If you’re able to provide a larger enclosure, you should. The more room the better.
Really read through the guide attached above for specs regarding light and substrate, then reach out with questions. This group has been very helpful for me in getting my guy set up correctly.

Also, I see you’re in Utah… I’m in Colorado. In the summer I have an enclosure for Gaby outside and he loves it. Some folks leave theirs out all summer but I only take him out for the day and bring him in at night, since we have predators I worry about.
