Herman Hatchling Housing

Hi
i was wondering how long i can keep a Hermann hatchling in a 3ft x 2ft x 5in enclosure and would it be longer if it was higher(8inches instead of 5inches)

I would make it taller than five inches. And I would go at least 4ftx2ft. My one-year old hermann's is in a 4x2 and uses all of the space in it.
