Hermanns Tortoise Finished Viv ! :)

Finished up my tort tank for my first hermanns! Had to build a basking platform as the tank is so tall, it reads at 100f max and the rest of the hot side ranges from 70-90f. The colder side which is the majority of the viv is room temp, so I’m contemplating grabbing another heat bulb for that side. I’m also worried about the tort being able to even climb up the the basking platform, so I was wondering what you guys think. I have experience with other reptiles but torts are a whole new world for me!

I f you don't see the tortoise going there on their own, then place the tortoise there a few times, and s/he will figure it out. Much like a water dish.

Yes that’s what I was thinking :) it’s gonna be such a tiny babe that’s why I’m a little concerned. But I tried to make the ramps as flat as possible with still an incline.
