Hey Skin peeling help

Hey my tortoise is good now now he comes out by himself and then I make him soak for 15 to 20 minutes he is good and better much now
what is happening with him that his skin is peeling please suggest me something which I can do for them and the skin is peeling of Mario
The temperature is 37 degree and
I am trying to get substrates for the enclosure and for getting some plants ? also

He is definitely a bit on the dry side but like humans and other reptiles the skin is made up of layers and it is normal for the top layers of exposed skin to become a bit flaky as it deteriorates.

Lack of humidity within the enclosure/environment will obviously increase the dryness In the skin.
I would UP your warm daily soaks to 30 minutes minimum for a week and keep an eye on him. The better hydrated he is, the faster his skin will return to normal ?

Also- DO NOT PICK OFF THE DRY SKIN. LET IT COME OFF NATURALLY THROUGH SOAKING.
