Hi JoJo: Welcome to the forum! I don't keep Hermann's myself, but I imagine you can start with feeding them dark, leafy greens...such as endive, escarole, turnip greens, raddiccio, kale, etc. I don't know if you have Spring Mix in the UK, but that's another thing I like to feed the babies. Its a packaged lettuce mixture consisting of the young leaves of the above mentioned plants plus more that I can't remember. They are tender and tasty for babies.

When you have time, look back through the messages. I'm pretty sure someone has posted a list of things to feed Hermann's tortoises.
