Hiccups?

So I got my baby (sulcata, Tinsel) the first part of Dec., she has this weird twitch and She rocks herself. It was really cute when I first got her and still is but I'm just curious, Is this stuff normal or is something wrong? I've never had a tortiose and I'm a little paranoid that something is going to happen to her and it's going to be my fault... Advise?

They kinda move/pump their legs and will Bob their head. That kinda thing? Yep, normal

Yeah, that's the rocking part but then it's like she gets nerve spasms sometimes and she just twitches. . I also noticed something else yesterday, the scales on her face are peeling/flaking. Any advice on what could be wrong?
